The 165 points scored were a new franchise record for the Slam and the fourth-highest point total in the ABA this season.
Freymond completed his third triple-double of the season with a 13 point, ten rebound and 10 assist showing. Freymond also recorded a triple-double when the same two teams played on Tuesday in Bellingham.
The road-weary Shockwave, who finished their Washington state road trip 0-3, were never able to challenge the Slam as the found themselves down twelve quickly, at 22-10, seven minutes into the game. The closest the Shockwave got after that was nine points, at 41-32, early in the second quarter.
A 16-0 run in the middle stages of the third quarter put the Shockwave down 32 points, at 101-69, to put the game securely out of reach.
The Slam were led by ABA All-Star Mike Parker's 43 points. Parker led a Slam team in which every player scored and four scored at least 20 points.
Calvin Wright led five Shockwave players in double figures with 36 points.
The Slam now head on the road for the next three weeks, beginning with a game against the number two team in the ABA, the Vermont Frost Heaves, on Thursday. The Slam's next home game won't be until Feb. 26 against the Fresno Heatwave.
